Job Description
We are looking for a motivated Sales Representative to join our team focused on bidding jobs throughout Wisconsin and Upper Michigan. The ideal candidate will generate new business opportunities and manage the bidding process.
Key Responsibilities
• Identify and pursue new sales opportunities in the Wisconsin and UP Michigan region
• Prepare detailed job bids and proposals for building automation projects
• Conduct site assessments and gather project requirements
• Build and maintain relationships with contractors, facility managers, and decision makers
• Collaborate with technical teams to develop accurate and competitive bids
Requirements
• 3+ years experience in technical sales, preferably in building controls or HVAC industry
• Knowledge of building automation systems and project bidding processes
• Strong understanding of project costs, pricing strategies, and competitive market factors
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills
• Valid driver's license and willingness to travel throughout Wisconsin and UP Michigan
• Bachelor's degree in business, engineering, or related field preferred
